Hey! Thanks a lot for posting. A very long time since our last chat. I'm glad you respect others for their beliefs, I try not to ever sway anyone (aside from my blog... I suppose.) I have a lot of evidence of why I believe I'm right, which I only use if someone confronts me or when I'm forced to.
I keep my identity generally hidden on my blog because I do not want my parents to find out of my lack of religion. I mentioned it only once, and they grounded me and deemed me satanic (luckily that only lasted a week.) So, I just said that I was having a tough time and I really do believe.
I wish there would be more general acceptance, in some areas of america, the mere mention of atheism sparks the hatred of hundreds and the near deafening sound of shotguns being loaded. (BIBLE BELT)
I'm sure you've experienced this at some point as well.
